A CO-CULTURE SYSTEM OF 3-DIMENSIONAL ARTIFICIAL TISSUE AND MONITERING CELLS TO SUBSTITUTE FOR ANIMAL TEST, AND MANUFACTURING METHOD THEREOF

PURPOSE: A co-culture system of three dimensional artificial tissues or monitoring cells is provided to ensure functional similarity with biological tissue and to be used as an optimal test model which can replace an inflammation and allergy test or an animal test for developing a drug for treating inflammation and allergy. CONSTITUTION: A method for manufacturing a co-culture system of three dimensional artificial tissues or monitoring cells comprises: a step of preparing a transwell upper chamber containing the three dimensional artificial tissues; a step of preparing a transwell lower chamber containing the monitoring cells; a step of placing the transwell upper chamber in the transwell lower chamber; and a step of filling the lower end portion of the transwell upper chamber or the upper end portion of the three dimensional artificial tissue with a culture medium.
