PURPOSE: A light emitting device is provided to increase luminous efficiency by widening a light emitting area through at least two or more light emitting cells which are separated. CONSTITUTION: A first light emitting structure(120) includes a first semiconductor layer(122), a second semiconductor layer(126), and a first active layer(124). The first semiconductor layer is arranged on a support member(110) or a buffer layer(112). A second light emitting structure(130) includes a third semiconductor layer(132), a fourth semiconductor layer(136), and a second active layer(134). A first electrode(142) is arranged on the third semiconductor layer of the second light emitting structure. A second electrode(146) is arranged on the first semiconductor layer of the first light emitting structure and the fourth semiconductor layer of the second light emitting structure.
