<p>The present invention provides a transformation method for intracellular organelles, the method enabling the efficient production of plant cells or similar having high homoplasmic properties, and in which almost all intracellular organelles having unique genomic DNA are transformed, the method comprising: a step in which a fusion protein, containing a function inhibiting factor for the intracellular organelles and a transit signal peptide for the intracellular organelles, is expressed inside plant cells; a step in which an expression cassette, containing DNA for coding a repair factor for the intracellular organelles and a factor which is to be expressed in the intracellular organelles, is introduced into the genomic DNA of the intracellular organelles of the plant cells; and a step in which the plant cell intracellular organelles into which the expression cassette was not introduced are destroyed by the function inhibiting factor.</p> |
