PURPOSE: A Van de Graff electrostatic cleaner is provided to install a sphere inside a compact cleaner in which a power outage is induced by Van de Graff principles and to improve a suction force of the compact cleaner. CONSTITUTION: A Van de Graff electrostatic cleaner comprises a power source(100), a rotating member(200), an insulator(350), a sphere(300), and a brush(400). The rotating member receives power by the power source. The insulator is rotated by the rotating member. The sphere is connected to the insulator and a power outage is induced according to Van de Graff principles by the power source. The brush is rotatably installed. An object which is collected by rotation of the brush is adsorbed by the power outage.
