PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve photoelectric conversion efficiency of a solar cell.SOLUTION: The solar cell comprises a first electrode 120, a photoelectric conversion layer 130 and a second electrode 140. The photoelectric conversion layer 130 includes: a p-type semiconductor layer 131 containing boron; an i-type semiconductor layer 132; and an n-type semiconductor layer 133. The p-type semiconductor layer 131 has such a configuration that, in a region where boron concentration is detected greater than or equal to 2.0×10atoms/cm, a value obtained by integrating the boron concentration in a thickness direction is less than or equal to 2.0×10atoms/cm.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
