#CMT# #/CMT# The roller bearing has a protective cover (5) made of antiferromagnetic material, that covers a wheel hub (3) and seals against the inner surface of an outer ring (1). The signal generators (10-12) are attached with the outer ring. A recess (8) is radially outwardly and/or axially opened on the outer ring. A sensor is mounted in the recess so as to detect the radial motion information of wheel. #CMT#USE : #/CMT# Roller bearing of wheel. #CMT#ADVANTAGE : #/CMT# Since recess is radially outwardly and/or axially opened on the outer ring, the complete reception of motion information is achieved by sensor within the recess while improving the signal strength within the recess. Since protective cover covers the wheel hub and seals against the inner surface of outer ring, the rolling rivet and region of the radial tooth are protected. The sensor can be mounted easily within the recess in space saving manner, without requiring fastening screw.
