<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heat exchange type ventilation device used at a domestic or commercial kitchen or the like which reduces operation noise which is caused by a ventilation device and transmitted to an indoor space. <P>SOLUTION: A body 14 disposed in a habitable space 7 is equipped with an exhaust fan 16, an intake fan 17, a heat sink 10, and a radiator 11. Thereby, the heat sink 10 and the radiator 11 reduce noise from the exhaust fan 16 and the intake fan 17. Furthermore, the heat sink 10 and the radiator 11 are separated from an indoor space 1 so that noise generated at the heat sink 10 and the radiator 11 is prevented from transmitting to the indoor space 1.
