<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a ball return preventing device for a Pachinko game machine, formed by devising an assembling configuration to a guide rail. <P>SOLUTION: A ball stop mechanism 200c of the ball return preventing device 200 includes: a weight 250 joined to a turning shaft 270 so that its axis is parallel with an axis of the turning shaft 270; and a ball stop piece 260 extended from the cylindrical weight 250 so as to form a predetermined obtuse angle to a plane that includes the axial center of the turning shaft 270 and the axial center of the cylindrical weight 250.
