[Problem] To reduce the burden to be incurred upon the task of detaching, one by one, inner cases that have had the split-sections thereof intermeshed deeply with each other, before assembling the inner cases comprising the split-sections into outer cases. [Solution] An inner case (30) is formed to have a larger diameter than the inner diameter of an outer case in non-assembled state, and after having the diameter thereof shrunk and being inserted into the outer case, pressed against the inner wall of the outer case by elastic returning force. A split-section (Q) of the inner case (30) comprises first straight-line sections (Q1) at both ends of the split-section (Q) in the axial direction, an intermediate second straight-line section (Q2) that is offset in the circumferential direction with respect to the first straight-line sections (Q1), and slanted sections (Q3) located therebetween. Even when another inner case (30) attempts to enter the second straight-line section (Q2) from the first straight-line sections (Q1), the other inner case (30) is stopped by the slanted sections (Q3), and even though there may be cases when the split-sections of the inner cases (30) will intermesh with each other, the intermeshing will be limited to occur only between the first straight-line sections (Q1). Therefore, since there will be no deep intermeshing, inner cases (30) intermeshed with each other can be separated into individual pieces easily, simply by shaking the inner cases (30) lightly.
