PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent bleeding by providing a second means for decimating a pixel data of second color constituting a non-decimated pixel of mixed color according to a pattern complementary to the decimation pattern of a first decimation means. SOLUTION: An extraction means 21 extracts a mixed color data of R (red), G (green) and B (blue) from respective pixel data of Y, M and C and the extracted mixed color data of R, G and B are held, respectively, in R work butter 211, a G work butter 212 and B work butter 213. An R continuity detection means 31, a G continuity detection means 32 and a B continuity detection means 33 detect four or more continuous pixels in each work butter. First decimation means 41, 43 and 45 for Y, M and C decimate one color constituting a mixed color and second decimation means 42, 44 and 46 for Y, M and C decimate one more color constituting the mixed color. |
