<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a remote monitoring device capable of accurately specifying whether a rotation power cut is executed or not with respect to power cut notification of a building device. <P>SOLUTION: A remote monitoring device includes: a rotation power cut information storage table 23Aa in which rotation power cut groups 23Aa2 are set for addresses 23Aa1 in advance and in which rotation power cut schedule information determining a power cut period for the rotation power cut groups is input and stored; a rotation power cut information temporary registration table 23Ba in which rotation power cut groups 23Ba3 is temporarily set on the basis of a building master table 23 and the addresses 23Aa1 of the rotation power cut information storage table 23Aa; and a rotation power cut information actual registration table 23Bb for specifying the rotation power cut groups by referring to a rotation power cut generation period of the rotation power cut information temporary registration table 23Ba and time of power cut and time of power return transmitted from terminal devices 11A and 12A. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
