<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an organic-inorganic complex having high refractive index and high transparency and provide a metal oxide sol suitable for the production of the complex. <P>SOLUTION: The organic-inorganic complex contains a polythiourethane derived from a polyisocyanate compound having ≥3 isocyanate groups in the molecule and a polythiol compound having ≥2 thiol groups in the molecule, and a dispersoid having a metal-oxygen bond and stably dispersed in an organic solvent without causing aggregation in the absence of an acid, a base and/or a dispersion stabilizer. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO&NCIPI |
