SURFACE OPERATING APPARATUS

PURPOSE: A surface processing device is provided to prevent an environmental contamination by removing foreign substances such as rust or old paint film and by absorbing and collecting the removed foreign substances. CONSTITUTION: A surface processing device comprises four ball joints(A1,A2) mounted on four corners of a supporting member and four ball joints(B1,B2) mounted on the four corners of the supporting member which is far from an object surface(01). The ball joints are individually connected to a link rod(31), and each link rod are arranged in parallel. A plurality of actuators is arranged in order to change the distance of a surface in which the ball joints are arranged. The ball joint supports a nozzle(61) injecting a surface processing material such as fuel ash with a support member.
