PURPOSE: A manufacturing method of a custom implant abutment with enhanced adaptation is provided to secure the connectivity of an abutment and a crown and reduce the manufacturing cost. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of a custom implant abutment relates to a dental implant prosthesis which comprises a fixture in an alveolar bone; an abutment(120) coupled to the fixture, and a crown(130) formed on the abutment. A manufacturing method of a custom implant abutment comprises: drawing out the shape of the abutment from the outer appearance of the dental implant prosthesis; setting the contact line of the outer surface of the abutment and the crown as a chamfer outline; setting a chamfer surface from the chamfer outline; setting a taper which protrudes into a conical shape from the chamfer surface; and processing the set chamfer surface and the shape of the taper by 3D cutting method.
