PURPOSE: A laminated ceramic electronic component is provided to improve the air sealing of a chip by forming an outer electrode by using a paste for the outer electrode in which the glass content increased. CONSTITUTION: A ceramic body(10) comprises a dielectric layer. A first electrode(21) and a second inner electrode(22) are arranged to face each other. A first outer electrode(31) is electrically connected with the first and the second inner electrode. A second outer electrode(32) is formed on the first outer electrode. The first and the second outer electrode comprise the conductive metal and the glass. The ratio of the glass content of the second outer electrode per the glass content of the first outer electrode is 0.5 or less.
