<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electric rotary machine enabling a rotational drive with high quality and high performance, and with less vibration and noise, by decreasing a torque ripple while preventing decrease of a torque. <P>SOLUTION: An electric rotary machine 10 comprises a stator 11 including a plurality of teeth 15 facing a rotor 12, and a plurality of slots 18 being spaces where a coil is wound around the teeth. In the electric rotary machine 10, a pair of permanent magnets 16 applying a magnetic force to the teeth are embedded in the rotor to form a V-shape, and thereby the rotor in the stator is rotationally driven by a reluctance torque and a magnet torque. The rotor and the stator are made up so that an outer diameter ratio Δ that is a ratio of an outer diameter Dr of the rotor to an outer diameter Ds of the stator is within a range of 0.61 to 0.645. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
