<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a motorcycle having a battery storing structure that facilitates a maintenance work of a battery arranged deep inside a storing space. <P>SOLUTION: A motorcycle 1 includes a battery 19, an air cleaner 4, a passenger seat 17, a rear fender 18, and an article storing part 100 that can install the battery 19 therein. The article storing part 100 is provided on an upper part of a rear fender 18, has an opening 110 on its upper part, and includes a battery fixing position under the air cleaner 4 and above electrodes 82 and 88. A rib 187 formed on a top face of the rear fender 18 is notched to form a temporary battery fixing part 58 in the article storing part 100. Harnesses 92 and 93 respectively connected with the electrodes 82 and 88 of the battery 19 have margins corresponding to a distance from the fixing part of the battery 19 to the temporary battery fixing part 58. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
