<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform mutual voice/image active call conversion by using a terminal, such as a TV, a PDA and a home pad and also perform image telephone conversation with a desired terminal by pick up (henceforth, PU) of incoming call by a surrounding terminal, even in a place where telephone conversation is difficult. <P>SOLUTION: When incoming call of call setup which is performed from a first terminal to a second terminal through a first communication network is received and a request signal is received which carries out PU of an active call which comes from a third terminal and is received by the second terminal, it is judged that whether the first and the second terminals are in the course of voice/image telephone conversation. If it is not during telephone conversation, call sessions with the first and the third terminals are established respectively, and PU information of the third terminal is registered into a PU table. On the other hand, if it is during telephone conversation, active call is established with the third terminal, active call with the second terminal during telephone conversation is deleted, and the PU information of the third terminal is registered into the table. If voice/image traffic is received from the first terminal through the first communication network, the PU information in the table is used, and received data are transmitted to the third terminal through a second communication network. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
