<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce recognition of a pattern of an electrode intersection part by a user due to reflection. <P>SOLUTION: A touch panel includes: a plurality of X electrodes extended in a first direction, and repeated in a second direction crossing the first direction; a plurality of Y electrodes extended in a second direction so as to cross the X electrodes, and repeated in the first direction; and a pedestal layer formed in a section crossing each of the plurality of X electrodes and each of the plurality of Y electrodes. Each of the Y electrodes includes: an intersection part crossing the X electrode; and an electrode part formed so as to be separated from the X electrode with the same phase as that of the X electrode. Each of the X electrodes includes: an intersection part crossing the Y electrode; and an electrode part formed so as to be separated from the Y electrode with the same phase as that of the Y electrode. The intersection part of the Y electrode is formed under the pedestal layer, and the intersection part of the X electrode is partially formed above the pedestal layer, and both ends are electrically connected to the electrode part of the adjacent X electrode.
