PURPOSE: An ocular drug delivery system and a method for microbubbles used for the same are provided to deliver necessary drugs to treating eyes by ultrasonic wave. CONSTITUTION: An ocular drug delivery system comprises: an ocular holder(400) which is attached to eyes and contains a solution containing a pharmaceutically active agent and microbubbles; and a UV generator(310) which delivers the pharmaceutically active agent to the eyes by applying UV wave to the solution. The UV generator has a transducer. The UV generator also comprises: a film which covers the ocular holder and a probe which vibrates the film by applying laser to the film.
