The reinforcement (6) has a U-shaped wall arranged with a base and two legs such that the wall is embedded in a flexible preparation unit (8) around a cavity, where the wall is leveled with a projecting edge (10). The wall arranged with the base has height that is lower than height of the legs, which is preferably lower than 50 percent of maximum height of the legs.
