<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hot-water washing type toilet seat device for supplying water from a water supply tank to a hot water tank with a water supply pump, and jetting hot water in the hot water tank from a nozzle to wash a buttock private part of a person seated on a toilet seat, while developing the washing effects of the desired power of water in the state of stabilizing the amount of washing water per unit time to be jetted from the nozzle even when adopting a gear pump, although the amount of water to be discharged from the pump easily varies to destabilize the amount of washing water to be jetted from the nozzle when adopting the gear pump, particularly, there is a concern about the fact that the power of water to be jetted from the nozzle varies to reduce the washing effects when the person using a hot-water washing type toilet seat selects the weak power of water to be jetted. <P>SOLUTION: In the hot-water washing type toilet seat device, a flow amount sensor is provided for detecting the flow amount of water to be supplied from the water supply tank to the hot water tank with the gear pump.
