All functional components 15-153 of the transfer device 100 are arranged on a supporting structure consisting of a supporting frame or at least two parallel longitudinal supports 2, 5 interconnected by at least one cross-strut 102. The longitudinal supports are formed by vertical pipes 220, 550 of the remote heating circuit and of the secondary circuit and are provided at their lower ends with feet parts 110 of adjustable height which constitute a bearing surface for the supporting structures. The transfer device of such a design is compact, and can be assembled in the factory and economically installed in either a freestanding or wall-mounted manner. <IMAGE>
