<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a delivery document capable of selecting a plurality of services on one document and of printing using not only an inkjet printer but a laser printer, and to provide a method for making use thereof. <P>SOLUTION: In a sheet-like delivery document 10, a printing substrate 11, and a tacky sheet 20 in which a tacky substrate 21 and a release paper 25 are bonded through an adhesive layer 33 are laminated through a pseudo-adhesive layer 13 and/or an adhesive layer 31. Two or more delivery service names 50 previously printed to the printing substrate 11 as common information are printed by the halftone dots having the halftone dot rate of 10-80%. When printing individual delivery information to the delivery document 10 by an inkjet type cut sheet printer, a selective nondisplay in the delivery service names 50 of the printing substrate 11 is made possible by solid-printing one or more nondesired delivery names in the delivery service names 50. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
