This electronic device comprises: a conductor plate (10); a circuit board (12) that is arranged at a distance from a surface (10a) of the conductor plate (10); a connector (16) that is provided on the circuit board (12); a flexible cable (18) that has one end connected to the connector (16) and is arranged along the surface (10a) of the conductor plate (10); and a cable holding member (20) that is electrically connected to the conductor plate (10) and provided with a holding surface (20a) which holds at least a part of a portion of the flexible cable (18), said portion extending from the connector (16) to the surface (10a) of the conductor plate (10).
