<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve problems of a conventional oil feeding device, for which an oil tank, a pump and the like are installed in a place separated from a bearing being a lubrication object and a spindle including the bearing, thus requiring pipe routing inconveniently, and an external power source is used for driving the pump, which is thus problematic in terms of energy-saving. <P>SOLUTION: This lubricating oil supply device of a machine tool spindle supplies lubricating oil to a rolling bearing 14 for supporting a rotary shaft 13 via an oil feeding passage from a storage tank 55, the storage tank 55 of the lubricating oil being provided outside the spindle, and the storage tank 55 is installed in a higher position than the rolling bearing 14, and the lubricating oil is sent to the rolling bearing 14 by pressure due to its own weight. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
