PURPOSE: An electrospinning device comprising a cylindrical tube with a polygon hollow is provided to be conveniently used due to a fact that a nozzle is not needed to be changed frequently and prevent a drop occurrence phenomenon. CONSTITUTION: An electrospinning device comprising a cylindrical tube with a polygon hollow comprises a main tank for a spinning solution, a spinning solution supplying pump, a tube block, a cylindrical spinning tube, a cylindrical spinning tube supporting part, a collector, a high voltage generating device and a power delivering device. The cylindrical spinning tube is arranged on the tube block and rotates with the spinning solution sprayed toward the collector. The inside surface of the cylindrical spinning tube is polygon shaped and the outside surface is cylindrical shaped with a hollow. The cylindrical spinning tube supporting part is connected to the cylindrical spinning tube with a polygon hollow and rotates with the cylindrical spinning tube rotating on the tube block.
