PURPOSE: A data integration and open type cloud computing e-government platform system is provided to efficiently build an e-Government platform system based on cloud computing and to switch a government integration computing center to a cloud computing center. CONSTITUTION: If a user accessing an electronic government platform is a manager, the manager accesses a common open platform for government(S301,S303). An e-government platform system sets up an application to supply a service to the manager by using a common open platform service for government(S313,S315). When the manager selects a security platform for government, the system sets up a system required for building the security platform(S305-S311). If the system setting is completed, the system sets up the application and supplies a platform service.
