<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pulley capable of achieving weight reduction while securing rigidity. <P>SOLUTION: The pulley 1 includes: an inner cylindrical part 11; an outer cylindrical part 12, which is disposed concentrically with the inner cylindrical part 11 and on the outer circumference of which a belt 3 is wound; and an annular part 13 disposed between the inner cylindrical part 11 and the outer cylindrical part 12. The inner cylindrical part 11, the outer cylindrical part 12, and the annular part 13 are formed integrally by processing a single metal plate by press working. The annular part 13 has a first annular part 13a, which is extended from the axial one end of the inner cylindrical part 11 outside in the radial direction and continuous to the axial one end of the outer cylindrical part 12, and a second annular part 13b, which is extended from the axial other end of the outer cylindrical part 12 inside in the radial direction and contacts with the outer peripheral surface of the axial other end of the inner cylindrical part 11. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
