<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To properly prevent an unintentional change in a selected operation item when transferring from a selection operation to a determination operation on an operation surface of a touch operation section. <P>SOLUTION: An operation device for vehicle includes: a touch operation section; an electrostatic sensor; depression pressure detection means for detecting pressure or load; and a control device. The control device includes: contact point coordinate detection means for detecting a two-dimensional coordinate of a contact point by a finger in the operation surface on the basis of an output of the electrostatic sensor; operation item selection means for selecting one operation item of a plurality of operation items on the basis of the two-dimensional coordinate detected by the contact point coordinate detection means; and determination operation detection means for detecting the determination operation of the selected operation item when an output of the depression pressure detection means exceeds a prescribed first threshold. The operation item selection means suppresses the change in the selected operation item in relation to a change in the detection result of the contact point coordinate detection means while the output of the depression pressure detection means exceeds a prescribed second threshold larger than zero and does not exceed the first threshold. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
