<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a semiconductor integrated circuit capable of receiving information via low-cost electromagnetic wave. <P>SOLUTION: A semiconductor integrated circuit IC includes a processor 1, a first magnetic random access memory (MRAM) 3, a second magnetic random access memory (MRAM) 4. The first MRAM 3 functions as a non-volatile memory, and the processor 1 executes an operation program stored in the first MRAM 3. Information stored in the second MRAM 4 is inverted by an external magnetic field and the second MRAM 4 functions as a magnetic field receiving antenna. A magnetic shield 6, which reduces influence of the external magnetic field, is formed on top of the first MRAM 3 which functions as a non-volatile memory, while the magnetic shield 6 is not formed on top of the second MRAM 4 which functions as a magnetic field receiving antenna. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
