The first set of capabilities is for communication with the first cell. The apparatus transmits information associated with a second set of capabilities to the first cell. The second set of capabilities is for communication with a second cell. The apparatus moves from the first cell to the second cell. The apparatus communicates with the second cell based on the transmitted information.
