The system (12) has a revolution element (20) mounted on an internal wall (24) of a stator. Revolution lips (30) are radially oriented based on rotation of a rotor around a main axis of the stator. External radial ends of the lips move near a face of the revolution element. The revolution element is mounted on the stator via a connection element (32), where an intermediate portion (40) of the connection element is elastically deformable according to a radial direction to allow radial deformation of the connection element relative to the internal wall of the stator.
