The present invention relates to a computer-implemented method for tracking at least one object in a sequence of frames, each frame comprising a pixel array, wherein a depth value is associated to each pixel 5. R 17 ; grouping, in a computer memory, said regions R 1 ..R 17 into clusters B 1 ...B 5 of interconnected regions; and determining, with a data processor, that a cluster B 2 ...
