<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a consignment management and maintenance service for a computer, personal server or video recording and reproducing apparatus for enabling a user to obtain a high-quality television image (motion picture) on each computer, personal server or video image recording and reproducing apparatus from a remote site (abroad or the like) via the Internet. <P>SOLUTION: The present invention relates to a service for offering consignment management and maintenance by depositing a computer, a television program recording and reproducing apparatus or a radio program recording and reproducing apparatus that each of a plurality of users owns, at a place designated by the user or in a control center based on management and maintenance efficiency.
