<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a customer management system for providing a collected flow line information even to a sender of an invitation letter which is not brought by a customer while correctly collecting customer information about customers visiting an event site and collecting the flow line information corresponding to the customer information. <P>SOLUTION: A site member database 170 stores the customer information, a registration section 120 acquires registration requests from the customers, and a determining section 130 compares information elements composing the customer information stored in the database 170 with information elements composing the customer information included in the registration requests and determines whether or not the customers regarding the customer information included in the registration requests are the same as any one regarding the customer information stored in the database 170.
