<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an implement for inhibiting oxydation of edible oil, which hardly causes oxidation and is convenient at the scene, and free from maintenance, and which exerts the power almost semipermanently. <P>SOLUTION: A transparent glass bead is formed using soda glass and has a fixed size and a spherical, elliptical or raised cheese heads shape, and also sometimes has abacus type spherical shape with a through hole of ϕ1.0 to 1.5 at the center of the sphere, and the surface thereof is polished or mirror-finished to make oxide hardly adhere to the surface of the bead. The glass bead is dipped in an oil fryer or used with an oil circulation type reduction instrument, thereby the oxidation of edible oil can be inhibited. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
