PURPOSE: A chamfering apparatus is provided to facilitate the inner side of a processed hole because the forward movement of a side cam punch makes a guide slope to move forward, thereby forming a bar on the lower part of the processed hole. CONSTITUTION: A chamfering apparatus includes a guide part(110), a side cam punch(130), a chamfering punch, and a perpendicular punch(150). The guide part is formed with a guide hole(112) on the portion where a processed hole(12) of a distributor(10) is located. The guide slope moves inside the guide part, and a guide slope groove(132) is formed on the part where the guide inclined groove is in contact with the guide hole. The chamfering punch is equipped in a space which is formed by the guide hole and the guide slope groove. The perpendicular punch drives the side cam punch so that the side cam punch can move from the inside of the guide part. The guide slope groove is formed with a long guide inclined surface(134) which is longer than the diameter of the guide hole. |
