PURPOSE: A soundproof panel and a soundproof wall including the same are provided to obtain high connectivity and reduce the costs and installation time in a method whereby one side is inserted, and the other side is fixed to be engaged. CONSTITUTION: A soundproof panel comprises a front frame(100), a rear frame(200), and a sound absorbing material. One side of the rear frame is vertically inserted into a front frame to be fixed, and the other side is fixed to the front frame by being engaged in the front and rear directions. The front frame comprises a support surface(110) and a slope surface(120). The rear frame comprises a cover unit(210), a first bent unit(220), and a second bent unit(230).
