<p>PURPOSE: A disc brake dust cover with embossing is provided to prevent noise caused by vibration of the disc bracket dust cover and to improve heat radiation performance of a disc brake. CONSTITUTION: A disc brake dust cover with embossing comprises an embossing(10), a fixing unit(2), a semicircular reinforcement rib(3), first, second, and third air guide units(6,7,8), and one or more heat radiation ports(9). The embossing is formed in the whole part except for a bolt hole reinforcement rib, a vertical reinforcement rib(30), and a horizontal reinforcement rib(31). The fixing unit is formed in the center in order to be connected to a wheel, and the semicircular reinforcement rib is formed around of the fixing unit. The first, second, and third air guide units are formed on one side of the fixing unit and are bent in a knuckle direction.</p> |
