<p>PURPOSE: A 1GPa high-strength welding joint is provided to have excellent low-temperature toughness and strength over 1 GPa. CONSTITUTION: A 1GPa high-strength welding joint is composed of 0.07-0.12% of C, 0.3-0.6% of Si, 2.0-3.2% of Mn, 1.6-2.8% of Ni, 0.4-1.1% of Mo, 0.4-1.2% of Cr, 0.006-0.008% of Ti, 0.0005-0.001% of B, 0.018-0.024% of Al, 0.02-0.03% of Cu, 0.015% or less of P, 0.008% or less of S, 0.025-0.035% of O, 0.004-0.007% of N, and the rest of Fe and other impurities. The welding joint has an internal organization composed of 92-95 area% of martensite and bainite, and the rest of inevitable impurity organization. [Reference numerals] (AA) Unit: mm</p> |
