<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To guarantee a highly accurate inspection result without wrong determination of swelling of an entire envelope which results from the quality of the material or the like as a failure point. <P>SOLUTION: The envelope E is deformed by flap pressing rollers 34 and envelope pushing rollers 36 in the process of transporting the envelope E to be inspected. When a flap portion F has a bonding failure part, the flap portion F rises from an envelope body B, thereby a large difference of measured values between two displacement sensors 42 and 44 appears greatly. On the contrary, because the flap portion F as well as the envelope body B is swelled entirely when wrinkles are developed due to the quality of the material of the envelope E or the like, an especially great difference between the measured values by the two displacement sensors 42 and 44 does not appear, it is free from wrong determination of bonding failure. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
