METHOD TO SWING-GRIND WORKS WITH DEFORMED SHAPE AND SWING TYPE GRINDER

PURPOSE: An oscillating grinding method of variant work using a trigonometric function and an oscillating grinding machine using the same are provided to mathematically make a grinding process program using the trigonometric function. CONSTITUTION: An oscillating grinding method of variant work comprises: a step of previously calculating an outer circumference shape specific formula determining an outer circumference shape of the variant work by specifying relation of oscillating angle of a grinding unit and rotation angle from a reference position of the variant work; and a step of grinding outer circumference surface in a specific shape of the outer circumference shape specific formula by continuously rotating the variant work while oscillating the grinding unit around an oscillating shaft based on the formula.
