PURPOSE: A video game requiring vocalization into the game prompt and an application system for education using thereof are provided to run a game by requiring vocalization of a game player and inputting the vocalization into the game prompt as a user control interface equivalent to a joystick, thumb-pad, button, or the like. CONSTITUTION: A video game device requiring vocalization comprises a video game device(1v), a leaner(1s), a vocalization, and a vocalization detector. When the leaner utters a vocalization from his/her mouth and the vocalization detector detects the vocalization from the leaner, the detected signal performs as a game command to run a game of the video game device. The object of vocalization is set for a leaning of a field. The video game device leads the vocalization and is configured to require the leaner repeat.
