ALUMINIUM PASTE COMPOSITION AND SOLAR CELL DEVICE USING THE SAME

PURPOSE: An aluminum paste composition is provided to minimize the generation of bumps on the surface thereof at sintering, thereby providing an electrode with excellent exterior appearance. CONSTITUTION: An aluminum paste composition contains aluminum powder; a glass frit containing BaO with a glass transition temperature(Tg) of 400-460>=; and organic vehicle. The amount of the BaO in the glass frit is 0.1-10 mol%. The PbO-based glass frit is PbO-Al2O3-SiO2-B2O3-TiO2-BaO-based glass frit. The amount of the aluminum powder is 60-78 weight%. The comprised amount of the PbO-based glass frit is 0.01-5 weight%. The organic vehicle is 20-35 weight%.
