A power generating apparatus using the magnetic force of a permanent magnet is provided to convert the magnetic energy of the permanent magnet to hydraulic energy by minimizing power required for pole conversion. In a power generating apparatus, non-magnetic bodies(113,213) are inserted between cylindrical magnet rotating bodies(120,220) having N and S poles and a piston(300). A middle magnetic body(110) penetrates the center of the longitudinal direction into which the non-magnet bodies(113,213) are inserted so as to rotate the permanent magnet rotation bodies(120,220). Suction force is generated or interrupted between the piston(300) and the middle magnetic body(110) by compulsorily rotating the permanent magnet rotation bodies(120,220) to reciprocally move the piston(300).
