PURPOSE: A system for managing a membral capacity according to an online education content is provided to induce members to voluntarily attend an education program by supporting a seminar or a study forum made by the members and to supply a corrected education content by reflecting a questionnaire content. CONSTITUTION: An education content providing server produces online or offline education content lecture information corresponding to identification data which is previously stored in a member management DB(S10). A member client transmits the identification information of members to the education content providing server and receives various data corresponding to the identification information of the members(S20). The education content providing server transmits the corresponding online or offline education content lecture information and duty education request information to the member client(S30). An administrator client extracts various education information included in the offline education content lecture information and generates offline education content lecture result information according to a lecture evaluation obtained from an education content lecturer(S40). The administer client transmits an education content moving picture corresponding to an education content list inputted by the operation of an administrator to the education content providing server(S50). The education content providing server transmits online education content lecture completion information from the member client to the administrator client(S60). The administrator client generates online education content lecture result information by receiving the online education content lecture completion information from the education content providing server(S70). The member client receives the online or offline education content lecture result information from the administrator client(S80).
