HOTEL ROOM MANAGEMENT AND CONTROL DEVICE

PURPOSE: A device for managing and controlling a hotel room is provided to remotely control various electronic devices of a hotel room by using a touch pad mounted inside the hotel room. CONSTITUTION: A hotel room managing terminal(1) issues an entrance card(2). The hotel room managing terminal confirms whether a guest entered a hotel room with guest check in information. The hotel room managing terminal collects the service request and reservation information of a guest for processing. A management controlling device(4) outputs a guide screen to a touch pad(5) screen. The management controlling device transmits electronic device control information, service request information, and reservation information selected by a guest to the hotel room managing terminal or a RCU(Remote Control Unit)(7). The touch pad supplies electronic device control information, service request information, and reservation information selected by the screen touch manipulation of the guest to the management controlling device. The RCU receives the entrance card sensing information of a key holder(11) for transmitting to the hotel room managing terminal. The RCU controls an indicator(12) to indicate whether the guest entered the hotel room. The RCU remotely controls a lighting device(15) and an air conditioner(18).
