<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an improved sample tube and a sample tube operation system. <P>SOLUTION: A tube label is attached to a sample tube 214 and the tube label includes at least geometric tube data expressing at least one geometric characteristic of the sample tube. A sample tube operation system 200 reads out the geometric data from the tube label by a reader 202, transmits the read data to a control device 204 and controls a processor 218 for operating the sample tube in accordance with the at least one geometric characteristic. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
