NONRESONANCE ELECTROSTATIC FIXING DEVICE

A nonresonance electrostatic device comprises a non-conductive base, electrodes, electroviscous suspension films. Each electrode is provided for an oxide film, located at a distance one from another at the same level with supporting and reverse sides of the base and connected to a high voltage source. The electroviscous suspension films are located on supporting and reverse sides contacting to the base and oxide films. The non-conductive base is made as a solid cube. A length of cube ribis determined according to an expression:where E –;  - density of cube material;  - maximum frequency of oscillations used at the testing.
